Michelle Munro, CNM in Savannah, GA has been doing great things for midwifery the last 30yrs and isn't stopping in retirement changing that momentum. After retiring from 28.5yrs of military service including being the only CNM hospital CEO that I am aware of, she is now fighting in her own state for better birth outcomes with improved regulations and women advocacy resources. She ran for Congress, started a non-profit organization, and working towards opening birth center in GA. Michelle is a woman not to tell you can't do something! Great interview and look forward to seeing what she accomplishes the next few years.
